Free mobility throughout South Tyrol
What is included in the KRONPLATZ GUEST PASS?
Weekly program: Discounted participation in the activity program of the Kronplatz Dolomites region, with some experiences even free of charge
Mobility: Use of all ski buses in winter and all public transport in South Tyrol (scheduled buses, regional trains, and provincial cable cars)

From October 1 to November 8, 2026, as a guest in the Olang holiday region, you have the unique opportunity to explore Kronplatz free of charge by cable car.
At Kronplatz, additional experiences await you, such as guided hikes.

Good to know ...
City Tax:
The listed prices don't include the additional local city tax, which will be charged on site at 2,50 euros per person/day (from the age of 14)
Final cleaning fee:
Final cleaning fees range from 40,00 to 70,00 euros, depending on the apartment.
Towels & bed linen:
Towels can be changed upon request. Bed sheets will be changed every 14 days.
Bathrobe:
You're welcome to rent one of our cosy bathrobes for an additional fee of 5,00 euros.
Deposit: we'll ask for a deposit of 300,00 to 500,00 euros per apartment to confirm your booking (bank transfer).
Reservation: your reservation is binding upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellations: In case of cancellation, your deposit will be used as cancellation fee or converted into a new deposit for a rebooking in the same year. For cancellations up to 3 weeks before arrival, we will charge 60% of the full amount of the booking.
Payment options: we kindly ask our guests to pay the bill in cash. In Italy, the limit for cash payments is currently 4.999,99 euros
Arrival & departure:
The apartments will be available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Toddler equipment:
We’re happy to provide our guests with a cot and a highchair.
Pets: Upon request, pets are allowed to stay in our house for an extra charge of 10.00 per pet/day.
Non-smoking policy:
Please understand that we can only offer non-smoking rooms. However, smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas and on the balconies.
Parking: Every guest will be allocated a free parking space in our underground garage.

Ski room/ bike room:
We also have a ski room with ski boot dryer and a secure bike storage room for your precious bike.
Laundry service:
Guests are welcome to use our washing machine at an extra charge of 3.00 euros per wash.
